Merlot

Bright ruby red, destined over time to acquire elegant garnet hues. On the nose, it is generous and welcoming: black cherry, blackberry, and raspberry intertwine in a fruity bouquet that immediately invites you in.
On the palate, it is smooth and savory, with warm, velvety tannins that leave no harshness—just a pleasant roundness that accompanies every sip to the finish.

Red meats, roasts, poultry, and rabbit. Also ideal with aged cheeses.
