Cabernet

An intense, almost purplish red, with a depth of color that already speaks to its personality. On the nose, it offers an authentic, rustic bouquet: cut grass, hay, and light herbaceous notes that evoke the vineyard and the earth.
On the palate, it is dry and harmonious, with a pleasant herbaceous note and tannins that are present but never overpowering, a wine that pairs well with food without dominating the meal.
