Sauvignon

DOC Friuli

Almost paper-white in the glass, it immediately surprises the nose with a bold and aromatic personality: sage, mint, rosemary, white peach, and boxwood flowers. Intense, distinctive, and recognizable aromas in the glass.
Those same delicate aromas return on the palate, where the wine is fresh, light, and elegant, without ever becoming heavy.

Pairings

Creamy risottos and seafood. A wine that enhances delicate, briny flavors without overpowering them.
